Book Keeper and Administrator | Competitive Rate of Pay

We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Book Keeper and Administrator to join our wonderful team.

The role involves carrying out day-to-day book keeping duties, wages and other administrative duties including invoicing and liaising with head office. 

 Applicants should have a solid knowledge of book keeping principles, good verbal and written communication skills, good data entry skills and a sharp attention to detail. 

This position is for 37.5 hours, usually 9am - 5pm and applicants will require to be flexible with days they can work . A competitive rate of pay is available.

Handy Person | Competitive Rate of Pay

We are currently seeking to recruit a friendly, skilled, part-time Handy Person to join our wonderful team.

The role involves carrying out day-to-day maintenance on the fabric of the building, services, and grounds in order to ensure that the building is maintained to a high standard, in a safe and functional order.

Applicants should be a confident team player with a willingness to receive training on current Health and Safety regulations. A drivers license, general maintenance knowledge, and experience is required - includes plumbing, joinery and painting work. Applicants should have good verbal and written communication skills as this role will include supplier communications.

This position is for 3 days per week (22.5 hours, usually 9am - 5pm). A competitive rate of pay is available for this position.

Registered Night Nurses | Competitive Rate of Pay

 We are seeking to recruit Registered Nurses to join our friendly team in providing the highest levels of care to our residents.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, be motivated to offer the highest standards of care and be able to undertake all appropriate aspects of nursing care required. 

Responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed. 

Applicants will be qualified RGN / RMN and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Excellent communication skills are essential and applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels in English. Current NMC Registration is necessary and a PVG check also applies to this role. Experience in care for the elderly and previous supervisory experience would be advantageous for this role. 

The positions are for full-time or part-time Registered Nurses. A competitive rate of pay is available, which will be discussed in person.

Care Assistants | Competitive Rate of Pay

We are currently seeking Care Assistants to join our team in providing the highest levels of care to our residents.

Your main responsibility will be to provide personal care for each resident, attending to their needs by recognising and facilitating the personal requirements of each resident. You’ll also be closely involved in the general activities of the home, and responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members, and visitors. Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of the people you are looking after.

Applicants must have a genuine interest in working with elderly residents within a caring environment and a willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes would be ideal. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively and fluently at all levels and be comfortable working as part of a team.

An SVQ Level 2 would be advantageous for this role but the right training will be provided for the right candidate. Satisfactory Enhanced PVG checks apply to this role.

Senior Carers | Competitive Rate of Pay

We are currently seeking Senior Carers to join our team in providing the highest levels of care to our residents.

The successful candidate will become part of an experienced team in delivering this care. Your main responsibilities will be in the supervision and assistance of care assistants in providing personal care to the residents and attending to their daily needs, as well as ensuring that a high standard of care is delivered to residents. You’ll also play a big part in building relationships between staff and residents, and administering medicines as required, in accordance with policies and procedures.

Candidates are required to have an SVQ 3, medication administration training and previous experience within an elderly care environment. All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced PVG check.
