Registered General Nurses | Pay Dependent on Experience 

We are seeking to recruit full-time and part-time Registered Nurses to join our friendly team in providing the highest levels of care to our residents.

Our Registered Nurses thrive working in this supportive environment due to their involvement with resident care and Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) input.  This vacancy offers training & development opportunities that meet revalidation requirements.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, be motivated to offer the highest standards of care and be able to undertake all appropriate aspects of nursing care required.

Responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed.

Applicants will be qualified RGN and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Excellent communication skills are essential and applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels in English. Current NMC Registration is necessary and a PVG check also applies to this role. Experience in care for the elderly and previous supervisory experience would be advantageous for this role.

The rate of pay is dependent on experience and will be discussed in person. Appropriate PPE will be issued in line with current guidelines.

Bank Carers 

We are looking to recruit full-time and part-time Bank Carers to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be to provide personal care for each resident, attending to their needs by recognising and facilitating the personal requirements of each resident. You’ll also be closely involved in the general activities of the home, and responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members, and visitors. Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of the people you are looking after.

Applicants must have a genuine interest in working with elderly residents within a caring environment and a willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes would be ideal. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively and fluently at all levels and be comfortable working as part of a team.

Experience is required for this position and a satisfactory, enhanced DBS check applies. Appropriate PPE will be issued in line with current guidelines.
