Residential Care

Residential care is a good option for someone who is struggling to live by themselves. Many older people prefer to live in a care home because it offers them security, social opportunities, and ongoing support throughout daily life. Residents can live a meaningful life at our luxury care home in Bearsden while avoiding the stresses of maintaining a household.

This form of care aims to improve a resident’s physical, mental and emotional well-being. We believe in offering more than just basic care for our residents as we want them to thrive in a friendly environment that promotes both physical and mental stimulation. Residents who reside at our nursing home receive a high standard of person centred care at all hours of the day and night from our experienced nursing team. Dementia Care

We have many years of experience working with people who have lived with dementia and the many symptoms that stem from the condition. We are able to give unrivalled, high-quality care to our residents no matter the level of support they require. Just like with our other types of care, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to dementia care, which is why our dementia care programmes are solely tailored to each individual circumstance.

We are pleased to be able to provide a range of dementia-friendly activities, alongside person-centred care and support that allows those living with dementia to excel in an environment that supports their needs, while they can continue to experience a lifestyle that suits them.

Respite Care

Respite Care is offered to anyone who requires a break from their normal routines. It could be that someone is a full-time carer and this type of care provides the perfect opportunity for caregivers to take a break from their demanding role, while we take of loved ones needs.

Short-term care is also suitable for those who need some time out from their daily life to take it easy after suffering from an illness or injury in order to fully recover. For someone who is considering moving to a care home and is hesitant about the life-changing decision, this provides the opportunity to experience a short-term stay which acts as a trial. Respite care can be arranged for future needs or be provided on an emergency basis.
