Appreciating the Employees at Westerton Care Home

Management at Westerton Care Home showed their appreciation for all staff on Staff Appreciation Day which took place on March 4th 2022.

Staff were given a range of gifts as a way of saying thank you for their hard work and dedication. Gifts included chocolates, alcohol and other goodies, as well as sweet snacks to enjoy throughout the day.

A staff appreciation book was created and placed in the foyer for staff, guests and residents to write a message about what or who they appreciate at Westerton Care Home.

There were also post-it notes put out to encourage residents to write a kind message to a staff member they appreciate.

Our staff are the people that truly make a difference in our residents' lives. Every individual goes above and beyond to make residents feel happy and fulfilled every day, and we sincerely thank them for that.
